What to expect

At your first visit, you will receive a warm welcome from our reception team who will provide you with a medical questionnaire to complete.

Your dentist will then take a thorough dental history from you and discuss any issues you have been having, in addition to discussing any dental anxieties you might have.

An extensive clinical assessment will be completed, usually including dental radiographs, and your clinician will then discuss any findings and treatment that is required in full. If further appointments are needed we will provide you with a comprehensive estimate detailing what is to be completed at each visit, in addition to any fees that will be due.

Throughout this process, we are always keen to answer any questions you might have as we firmly believe that engaging with our patients is key to delivering an excellent standard of dental care. 

At the end of your appointment, your dentist will also review with you which style of membership you wish to take out with the practice which can be either a Denplan membership, or a pay-as-you-go membership.
